this is just a little bit of what's been going on with the osbornes plus a newborn through the lens of my iphone these past few weeks. :)

london's nursery

come on in! take the little tour in our little london's nursery.

sometimes we catch ourselves just standing in her room soaking up the wonderful feeling that comes from there.
there's just something about her room.
it's so peaceful and warm and welcoming.

and soon, her sweet spirit will be not only in her nursery but filled in our entire home.

with that said! here are a few snapshots for ya.

as you see, we've been preparing for little miss a ton. [crib, stroller, baby shower planning, reading, shopping...on and on and on. :)]
loving wrangler on the daily. because, who couldn't?
eating carbs. greeeeat.
and enjoying the random bursts on sunshine this oregon winter decides to grace us with.

we're already so much in love!

we decided that this will be a tradition for us. 

every time we paint our new home, we'll paint "i love you" on the wall, with a kissy picture.

we know it's cheesy. 

but if you know us, you know we're kinda cheesy.

and we like it. :)

my mother-in-law and i went strawberry picking last saturday. [11 pounds for 11 bucks! score!]

i'm a newbie at this whole berry pickin' thing. [i've only ever picked blueberries one time before.] 

buuut this will definitely be happening every year. and probably a few times a year at that.

real, ripe oregon strawberries are theeee best!

can't beat 'em.

top left: our nephew, rowen, drew us a house warming picture. he is the sweetest.

top right: we were in awe at how UH-MAZING this chocolate avocado pudding was. yup! you heard me right fellow chocoholics! HEALTHY, DAIRY FREE & SUGAR FREE chocolate pudding. i ate it up. every last bit of it. i have lindsay of delighted momma to thank for this one. :) recipe here.

bottom left: our cute little vegetable garden. love.

bottom right: date night with johnny and danielle. pizza+strawberry short cake+ crazy marbles+ good company= a great time. we love double dates!

oregon has some of the most gorgeous skies and clouds. you should hear me go on and on about how beautiful the summer skies are. multiple times a day lately. poor charlie. i'm sure he's already sick of hearing it. haha![soooorry babe!]

[belated] honeymoon pt. 2

[missed part 1? here you go. :)]

we signed up for a hike while in port in puerto vallarta.
so glad we did!
[lord knows we needed the extra exercise after indulging waayy too much at those buffets!]
and we were able to see a humble little town and how all the locals really live.
so quaint, laid back and humble.

our tour guide [everyone calls him "tio"] stopped by all the trees and plants that they're proud of, and this leaf came from one of their trees [i totally forgot what it was called] but they believe the leaves from this particular tree are good luck since they're shaped like a cross. and tio gave it to me! he told me to wear it over my heart. :)

 [since it was a very dry winter, nothing is green like it usually is. bummer.]

[sighh..he is so handsome.]

wittle baby cacti! so cute.

we got all dolled up & dined at an out-of-this-world-amazing steak house on top of the cruise ship friday evening.

[even though these two pictures are low quality (and took them in the mirror..haha.) i still absolutely LOVE them.

but overall what we did on our belated honeymoon was spend quality time with each other.
which was much needed.
so thankful for my husband.
and so thankful he chose me as his wife.
